Self Love

I always wondered if I am the only person on this planet that feels the way i do about my body. There is a few different things that play on my mind about getting naked especially in front of a new partner and i have noticed as i get older i find that i knock myself more on my appearances which makes me get extremely shy in the sex department. Why is it we do this to ourselves. We end up becoming our biggest critics and i think its time to shake this feeling off and start feeling more confident in our own skin. Its time to get the fierce bitch inside us to come out and be in control of being proud of are bodies.

I think my main problem and where these feelings have started from is I have always been a curvier to slightly over weight sized figure women and in this day and each for some reason we have been made to think that if were not a slim, big boobs and no bad marks on our skin then we are disgusting. With that you get the love handles, the thunder thighs & oh yeah the lovely stretch marks. But I am sick of looking in the mirror and knocking every inch of my body like there things i should be ashamed of. I know am not the only girl out there that has these problems and i think its about time we all started to boost & encourage each other to start loving are sexy bodies and not be ashamed to flaunt them.
Now don’t get me wrong, i write this article thinking yeah hypocrite much but for me writing this is my first stage to trying to bring my confidence on that little bit more day by day. I am hoping with some luck it helps someone else out there understand there not the only person feeling this way.
So girls lets do this! I am going to start this 5 step challenge and hope at the end of it we start to love ourselves that little bit more.
1/  Every morning when you wake up say to yourself how amazing you are in everywhere and that today is going to be a good and happy day. Some positivity can always go a long way. I always say a positive attitude gives you a positive mind and a positive mind will always help keep your spirits up throughout the day.
2/  Start doing some sort of exercise per week. Whether it’s just going to the gym, doing a zumba/dance class, walking the stairs instead of the lift or even taking your dog for a longer walk around the park. Push yourself that little bit further in some way. This is not to help loose weight its actually more to do with releasing more natural endorphins and healthy brain chemicals into your body.
3/  Get yourself to your nearest mall and purchase some sexy lingerie. Whatever shape or size you our there is always lingerie out there for you. Its all about just learning about what shape and size will work with your body shape and so many shop staff will be able to advise you on this matter. Wear it anytime and anywhere. . As long as it makes you feel more comfortable or confident get it on for work, the groceries shopping or even for date night.  Trust me when i say any money spent with be worth it.
4/  We all know how great it is to get your hair or make up done. Even just going to get a full body massage can just make you feel so relaxed and refreshed. I know that work and busy schedules can stop us all from getting around to this. But we bloody well deserve to pamper ourselves from time to time. It instantly lightens our moods and makes you feel so fresh and new. Get that appointment book it and treat yourself like the queens use our.
5/  Last but not least my favourite part of this challenge. Its time to get they masturbating skills going. Get yourself to your nearest sex shop that’s closet to you or highly recommend. My favourite adult shops around Sydney are called Oh Zone. Its time to start exploring your lady parts. Challenge accepted ladies!! Its time to boost our body, souls and minds. There is no limit to how many times you need to do each one of these per week just as long as there making you feel great then go for it.
